Group Enclave
Group Enclave is a service where two individuals work with a SEV provided supervisor to complete job tasks at an assigned job site.
One on One
One on One services focus on assisting an individual in need of additional work supports outside of the Group Enclave model.
Workplace Assistance
Similar to One on One, Workplace Assistance specifically provides additional physical assistance outside Group Enclave model.
Individual Services
Individual Services provide support and training in finding, acquiring, and retaining a job – then slowly phases out of servicing individual as confidence and independence within said job is attained.
Employee Services
Situational Assessments
A twenty-hour assessment at a job site where the consumer expresses interest in working. The consumer’s skills, strengths, limitations, motivations, and enjoyment are measured to determine if the job is a good job match for the consumer.
Job Training
Sev, Inc. staff accompanies consumers to all training offered by the employer. We conduct any additional training needed for success on the job. This includes learning the bus route to and from work.
Job Development
Exploring job openings in the community matching the consumer’s expressed interests and skills. We set interviews with potential employers and accompany the consumer on the interviews.
Follow-Along
Throughout the consumer’s employment, an SEV, Inc. staff person will work to maintain and increase the consumer’s independence on the job. All consumers that are a part of the supported work services will be visited two to four times per month. All consumers that are a part of the enclave group model services will have supervision and support throughout the work shift.
Employer Service
SEV assists companies to hire competent, dedicated employees needed to get the job done! In addition, SEV provides ongoing support to employees and employers to address any issues or concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
